Simultaneously press the Control, Shift, and i keys which will bring up Chrome's Developer Tool panel (you will not be using it just enables the next step). You then can right click the refresh button and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
This method of clearing the cache for Chrome browser is nice because it just clears the cache for the page you are on. It will not clear saved passwords or logged in sessions for other sites.
