Backup your website using cPanel

Log into your client area and under QUICK SHORTCUTS click Backup.

Then under Download a Home Directory Backup click the Home Directory button.

Now the downloading process should automatically begin on your computer. You should get a tar.gz file. To upload this backup check out our article here
